We also share our rates and availability online, allowing parties to book directly on our website without the need for dozens of scheduling emails. Our booking system allows parties to select mediators by case type, state, and other preferences. This streamlined process not only saves time but also ensures that parties are matched with the mediator who is best equipped to handle their specific case.
Our mission is to make mediation easier for everyone thanks to our all-in-one platform. From booking to pre-mediation communications the platform allows a secure sharing of important case documents without fear of accidentally cc'ing the wrong party. Some other benefits? Mediations are also conducted via video inside the platform, eliminating the need for lost zoom links. Settlement agreements are also drafted inside the platform where all parties can review and sign without the need for docusign or a long email exchange.

Ryan McFarlin is the founder of our more-than-mediation firm, bringing a wealth of diverse experience and a passion for conflict resolution to his work. Growing up moving around frequently, Ryan developed the skill of adaptability, which has served him well in his career as an attorney and business owner. Over the years, he has owned and managed several businesses, including a successful litigation firm in Dallas, TX, where he focused primarily on plaintiff's personal injury matters.
As a trial attorney with an extensive case docket, Ryan has gained valuable experience in a wide range of legal areas, including start-up consulting, real estate transactions and litigation, and creditor rights practice. However, he has always had a deep interest in conflict resolution and alternative dispute resolution. This led him to found our mediation firm, where he applies his extensive legal knowledge and experience to help parties find mutually beneficial solutions to their disputes.
