Debora Gama Lima, M.D. is an academically trained, board-certified general surgeon who left clinical practice to pursue a variety of her passions. She is a certified mediator by the Attorney General's Office of Arizona and has been mediating for the Maricopa County Justice Court system. Over the last four years she has participated in more than 1000 cases.

In addition, Dr. Gama Lima is also certified through Harvard Medical School in the process of disclosure-and-apology in healthcare conflicts.

Since she has been working in a variety of fields, including professional executive coaching, legal mediation, and as a certified teacher with the Compassion Institute of the Compassion Cultivation Training program. Her experience in various environments, from the C suite to operating rooms and the courtroom, gives her the ability to meet the needs of her clients from a unique perspective. She dedicates her career to being a compassionate force beside her clients as they engage in challenging and complex life endeavors.

If you cancel the booking up to three (3) days before the meeting time, you will be entitled to a refund of 80%. If you cancel the booking within three (3) days of the meeting time, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

If you reschedule the booking up to three (3) days before the meeting time, you will not be charged a reschedule fee. If you reschedule the booking within three (3) days of the meeting time, your reschedule fee will be 20% of the mediation fee.
